Community Life Specialist (San Francisco)

Mercy Housing is looking for a housing specialist who can:

• Facilitate and implement core programs as delegated by Mercy’s family model and Hope SF priorities.

• Collect and record data to measure program outcomes.

• Identify resident and community needs and assets.

• Develop strategies to link residents to needed services, and support residents and community members with assistance if they have barriers that might impede access to services and supports.

• Build community partnerships that bring services, programs, events and resources.
