Survivor Career Navigator (Seattle, Washington)

The Organization for Prostitution Survivors is hiring a survivor career navigator to work with clients.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Lived or professional experience related to CSE, career navigation, reentry, or systems-impacted communities

• Deep understanding of the systemic barriers survivors face in employment, education, and economic stability

• Experience in job coaching, career planning, adult learning, or employment support

• High emotional intelligence and the ability to hold space for trauma while encouraging growth

The hourly range for this position is $31 to $34.
