Vice President for Hunger Relief (West Palm Beach)

United Way of West Palm Beach is hiring a Vice President for Hunger Relief.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree required and master’s degree preferred with a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of leadership experience in the field of human services, planning, and/or food systems (or comparable combination of education and experience).
• Experience working in a team environment, facilitating effective groups, developing collaboratives, and working with volunteers.
• Experience with collective impact models and community driven efforts preferred.
• Proven track record leading and working on high profile community projects with diverse stakeholders preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and develop innovative strategies to maximize results.
• Excellent customer/client service relations.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
