Financial Empowerment Counselor (Orlando)

Habitat for Humanity in Orlando is hiring a Financial Empowerment Counselor.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Passionate about the Habitat for Humanity mission and purpose.
• Strategic and critical thinker able to focus on operations, systems, and procedures.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize work, be highly organized and work independently and flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for learning, synthesizing ideas and integrating ideas into practice.
• Experience in meeting planning and discussion facilitation.
• A collaborative nature and ability to work within a team while maintaining accountability and responsibility for goals as an independent individual is critical.

Previous experience in case management, social service, and non-profit experience is preferred.
