Parent Educator (El Paso)

United Way of El Paso is hiring a full-time Parent Educator.

Job responsibilities include:

• Conduct 30–40 home visits per month to families with young children
• Use the PAT curriculum to promote child development, school readiness, and parenting support
• Facilitate family group sessions and community-based events
• Conduct developmental screenings and family assessments
• Maintain accurate and timely records in Visit Tracker (PAT) database
• Recruit new families through outreach and community presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education, parent education, social work, and/or in health or human services.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
