Youth Reentry Center Director (Los Angeles)
Homeboy Industries is hiring a Youth Reentry Center Director.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the Youth Reentry Center, including safety, compliance, and adherence to Center SOPs
• Supervise, support, and coordinate multidisciplinary staff and wraparound services
• Plan and implement program curriculum, recreational activities, and field trips aligned with youth needs
• Monitor program outcomes, data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
• Build and maintain internal and external partnerships
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in youth reentry or related field
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
