Wellness Coordinator (Fort Lauderdale, Florida)

United Way of Broward County is hiring a Wellness Coordinator at Hallandale Magnet High School.

Job responsibilities include:

• Facilitating relationships with local healthcare providers to build and maintain on campus health services for students, staff, and families at Hallandale Magnet High School.

• Coordinating and track the Community Partnership School (CPS) healthcare referral network and processes in Hallandale Beach.

• Serving as the point of contact between CPS administration, school nurse, medical clinic, behavioral health department, and other health-related agencies/departments providing services.

• Serving as entry point to the Community Partnership School for students and parents.
